At Blue Mile Gifts, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers. Every order is printed on-demand using trusted fulfilment partners to ensure the best quality and a fresh, long-lasting finish.


Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order.
Processing time: 2–5 business days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Australia (most orders)

  • 5–12 business days after production

  • Tracking included where available

International shipping:
Currently, we ship primarily within Australia.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on product type and destination.
All prices are in AUD.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive:

  • a tracking number

  • a tracking link
    once your order ships.

Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.


Multiple Shipments

Items may arrive separately if fulfilled from different facilities.
This is normal and does not increase your shipping cost.


Delivery Issues

  • is delayed

  • arrives damaged

  • is incorrect
